Your Responsibilities
As a People Partner you will build and own the Employee Journey at Flexa end to end. You are comfortable owning and building the full scope of the people function solo initially, with a clear growth path into Head of People as we scale
This includes:
- Work with hiring managers to ensure the hiring plan reflects business needs
- Own and continuously improve the company onboarding programme
- Run the full performance review cycle in a way that builds a healthy feedback and high performance culture
- Use and refine existing career frameworks as the team grows
- Run engagement surveys and pulse checks; turn results into action
- Build recognition practices and team rituals
- Manage offboarding: exit conversations, documentation, knowledge transfer
- Coordinate with Entrix on ecosystem onboarding and offboarding
- Own HR admin: contracts, payroll, HRIS, compliance, and people reporting
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in a generalist People role — startup/scaleup experience required
- A doer who owns their work end-to-end and gets things done
- Organised and clear-headed in fast-moving environments
- Direct and empathetic communicator
- Fluent in English and German (required)

I'm Fabian, the Head of Operations at Flexa. My passion for the energy transition began early, during my first internship at a wind farm contractor when I was just 16. Watching those massive turbines rise from the ground was a moment of awe that still resonates with me. After starting a few of my own ventures and completing my studies in Finance, I transitioned into the consulting industry, where I eagerly immersed myself in energy projects. From that point on, I was hooked.
Building Flexa is both a tremendous motivator and a significant responsibility for me. It’s an incredible opportunity to work on some of the most complex and critical challenges our society faces today, alongside a team of exceptionally talented individuals.
